After graduating from Seton Hall University, with a degree in Political Science, John attended Seton Hall School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree.  John served as judicial law clerk to the assignment judge in Union County, Honorable Edward W. Beglin, Jr., A.J.S.C.  Thereafter, as an associate at the law firm of Peckar & Abramson, P.C., John gained invaluable experience in construction, real estate and commercial litigation.  As the founding partner of Frieri Law Group, LLC, John has continued to use his experience to represent clients of the firm in the areas of estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning approvals, construction litigation, real estate development and litigation, commercial litigation and corporate formation and dissolution.  John has served as special construction counsel for clients on both public and private projects on many occasions.   John has also acted as Court appointed trustee on construction projects in order to facilitate their orderly completion. John acts as legal advisor to many corporations and family owned businesses concerning all aspects of their day to day operations in the legal minefield that is today's business world.
 
John is licensed to practice in the Federal Court and New Jersey State Court.
