Amy graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Arts.  She obtained her Juris Doctor from New York Law School.  While attending law school, Ms. Gasiorowski worked part time at Frieri Law Group, LLC’s predecessor firm.  She became a full time associate after her graduation from law school and admittance to the bar.  During her time with the firm she has had a focus on assisting financial institutions with a wide array of transactions and  general regulatory compliance and has assisted in the chartering of de novo institutions.  She has worked with state banks, national banks, federal savings institutions, and state savings institutions as well as with their regulating agencies including the FDIC, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance and OCC.  Amy collaborates with commercial lending departments assisting is all aspects from the initial commitment, due diligence, documentation and post-closing ensuring each loan is secured pursuant to loan approval documents.  Amy reviews entity documents, corporate structure, title work, insurance, leases and all other items necessary in preparation of closing loans successfully.  She closes a variety of commercial loan transactions in both New Jersey and New York including multi-million dollar construction loans, SBA loans, modifications, renewals, commercial multi-family loans and workouts.  She provides post-closing support and ensures loan files are properly documented and complete for both regulatory and internal audits.   Amy is also extensively involved in representing commercial lending departments in collection efforts including actions seeking both legal and equitable remedies such as monetary recovery, receiverships, and foreclosure. 
 
Amy is licensed to practice in the Federal Court and New Jersey State Court.
